In this video tutorial I will show you how to make super simple buttercream tulips using a Nifty Nozzle. To create the perfect buttercream tulips I recommend using a firmer buttercream so that the tulips hold their shape.
Buttercream Recipe (12 cupcakes)
500g icing sugar
250g unsalted butter (softened)
50ml whole milk
1tsp flavouring (vanilla extract)
Whip in an electric mixer until white and transfer into your piping bag.
