There's a ritual to a stroopwafel. You balance it over a hot drink, wait for the caramel inside to go soft, then eat it before it collapses. We wanted that same warm, chewy, caramel hit in cupcake form, so we built one around it.

Our cupcakes are suitable for freezing. Bring to room temperature 24 hours before eating and stay fresh for 7 days once defrosted.
