Flavour of the Month Created by Melissa as part of our kitchen team's monthly specials, The Iced Coffee Shop Edit takes your favourite iced drinks and turns them into something you can actually eat. Rich, indulgent, and seriously hard to share.
Three coffee-shop classics, reimagined as cupcakes — all finished with chocolate curls, sugar nibs, and a signature wafer.
Inside every box: an Iced White Mocha cupcake filled with coffee buttercream and crowned with a white chocolate buttercream swirl; an Iced Caramel Macchiato cupcake with a salted caramel centre, topped with a salted caramel and coffee swirl and finished with pieces of fudge; and an Iced Cookies & Cream Frappuccino cupcake with a cookies and cream filling, topped with coffee buttercream and finished with an Oreo crumb. Two of each, because sharing is optional.
Each box contains
- 6 to 48 large vanilla cupcakes filled with runny icing
- 2x Iced White Coffee Mocha cupcakes - filled with coffee buttercream, topped with white chocolate buttercream, finished with chocolate curls, sugar nibs, and a wafer roll (per 6 cupcakes).
- 2x Iced Caramel Macchiato cupcakes - filled with salted caramel buttercream, topped with salted caramel and coffee buttercream, finished with pieces of fudge, sugar nibs and a wafer roll (per 6 cupcakes).
- 2x Cookies & Cream Frappuccino cupcakes - cookies and cream spread in the centre, topped with coffee buttercream, finished with Oreo crumb, sugar nibs and a wafer roll (per 6 cupcakes).
